Each TIMEFROZE piece undergoes strict quality control checks before being dispatched. However, if you are dissatisfied in anyways, we will issue a refund to items which are returned within 14 days of you receiving your order, in the same unused condition and in the original packaging with tags, labels and security ribbons still attached.
Any item which is not in the same condition as it was when shipped, will not be accepted as a return. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you, and then let you know if the refund was approved.
If you would like to return an item, you must email us info@timefroze.uk as soon as possible.
Please note that the customer is responsible for costs incurred in returning/Exchange the goods and organise shipping.
When returning the goods, please use Royal Mail and specify 'Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm' service with content insurance added to cover the cost of products.
We recommend you obtain proof of postage and/or tracking number and arrange insurance as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
If your item is faulty, we apologise. Please email info@timefroze.uk with photographic evidence. We ask that you do this within 48 hrs of receiving the item. If we are not informed this may affect your right to return the item.
We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the future orders being refused.
